PropTech Bulgaria was invited by imoti.net, part of Investor Media Group – one of the largest media groups in Bulgaria, to participate in the business discussions tour in 7 of the largest cities in Bulgaria. On 21-23 June 22 Sylvia Pavlova MBA CMC, Founder PropTech Bulgaria, presented how PropTech changes the activities of Real Estate Agencies before more than 200 agencies from Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, and Burgas.

Analytics of 99 European PropTech solutions specifically for Real Estate Agencies were presented; their distribution and business models discussed. Furthermore, the impact of Smart Home solutions and how these already change the work of realtors and brokers; Visualisations PropTechs and the 5 strongest European countries were showcased.

Next comes the business discussion in Sofia which will take place in November 22.
