PropTech Bulgaria | CSEE PropTech & Bulgarian-Spanish Chamber of Commerce start their mutual partnership
The Bulgarian-Spanish Chamber of Commerce /BSCC/ is a non-profit organization established in 2016 fostering the commercial, economic, and international relations between Bulgaria and Spain; representing Bulgarian and Spanish companies and organizations operating in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Kingdom of Spain.
The aim of the Chamber is to promote and support commercial and economic relations between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Kingdom of Spain in their interest, as well as to provide services for companies interested in developing the Bulgarian and Spanish market.
The BSCC has become a natural bridge between business and executive authorities of the two countries, unleashing projects and programmes to promote internationalisation and business competitiveness, innovation and investment processes, as well as, more recently, digitalisation. As an act of trust, there are more than 120 member organizations at this time. They are from different sectors- distribution and trade; agriculture and food industry; energy; accounting services; law firms; insurance services; transport and logistics; recruitment and human resources; hospitality and tourism; construction, etc., which are headquartered in both Bulgaria and Spain.
PropTech Bulgaria and seeproptech.eu represent respectively Bulgaria and the CEE region in the main international PropTech organisations. PropTech Bulgaria’s team has built and sustained the largest existing database of European PropTech solutions in the 8+ years since its establishment, which currently stands at over 6,500 technology solutions from 35 European countries.
PropTech Bulgaria | CSEE PropTech owns the largest database of European-origin PropTechs amounting to 94% of all existing ones. The extended database reaches beyond 6,500 companies. The core database amounts to 5,000 PropTech solutions of European origin across 35 European countries.
PropTech Bulgaria | CSEE PropTech is the only European organisation which releases annual pan-European PropTech reports, both aggregated at continental level, and specified by countries (for a 3rd consecutive year in 2024);
as well as the only organisation which releases PropTech reports for the CSEE [Central & South-East European] region, including 10 countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Rep., Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia (for a 5th consecutive year in 2024);
and the only organisation which releases annual reports on Bulgaria (for a 6th consecutive year in 2024).
PropTech Scope: These are all technology solutions that provide services to buildings and to the urban environment in general, including Smart City, Smart Buildings, Smart Home, Energy Techs, Water Mngt (those listed are directly related to operational carbon metering of buildings), utility infrastructure solutions, all real estate asset investment solutions, ConTech [Construction Technologies], all property sale/purchase/rental solutions; Facility Mngt, Portfolio Mngt, Tenant Mngt, Maintenance Mngt; construction circular economy platforms and ESG solutions that address embodied carbon in real estate, etc.
