Bulgarian Delegation in Barcelona, Spain on 25-27 September 2024
PropTech Bulgaria | CSEE PropTech and The Bulgarian-Spanish Chamber of Commerce /BSCC/ organize a business delegation to Barcelona on 25-27 September 2024.
The programme of the business delegations includes:
1. A 3-day visit at 2024 The District, the largest Real Estate and PropTech event in Spain, and one of the largest ones in Europe.
2. Evening together with the key executives of API Catalunya, the largest association of Real Estate agencies with 4,000+ members in Spain.
3. Exclusive speaker participation at a webinar organized by API which shall be broadcast 1 month following The District.
4. Exclusive and limited-time access to the closed communication international e-platform of PropTech Bulgaria | CSEE PropTech.

2. Access to Real Estate agencies in Spain – over 4,000 agencies | Special informal meeting – dinner with API Catalunya on 25 September. API is the largest association of real estate agencies in Spain.
Everyone is covering their own expenses for the dinner. After the dinner, API representatives will give us a tour around Barcelona. The meeting will be informal but the API CEO, Director of Innovation and International Relations, and other management executives will be present. The purpose of the meeting is to establish personal contact at the highest level of the Association.
During The District, we will be able to do an unlimited number of meetings between Bulgarian companies and API’s Director of Innovation and International Relations.
Following the 2024 edition of The District, about 1 month later, API will organize a special online meeting between Bulgarian companies that attended The District and API members. It is a requirement that when the Bulgarian company is presenting on the webinar, it is done in Spanish, as their members do not speak English. API will technically organize this meeting.

4. The District 2024 will also have a special focus on projects in Saudi Arabia, a country with currently very intense demand for PropTech solutions.
