In February this year, PropTech Bulgaria announced that the second edition of the unprecedented ‘2023 European PropTech Report: 32 Countries in Numbers‘ is ready.

The report is unparalleled for several reasons. Firstly, it is the only report that provides detailed PropTech information for all 32 European countries. (A list of all countries can be found on the Report’s landing page below.)

Second, the Report’s analyses are based on 93.5% of all existing European solutions as of February 1, 2023, or nearly 5,000 PropTech companies that are part of PropTech Bulgaria’s core database, which amounts to 6,000 solutions in its expanded form.

Thirdly, the Report provides the first pan-European overviews of 8 PropTech niches, including Energy Tech, ESG, Water Mngt PropTech solutions, Invest & Finance PropTech, etc. (All niches can be seen on the report’s representative page.)

Fourth, the Report presents the first analytical overview of PropTech in the UAE (United Arab Emirates) and GCC countries.

Fifth, the Report is the only existing source that provides rankings of European countries in each PropTech niche. PropTech Bulgaria shares these rankings openly. The currently announced categories are Market & Transact PropTechs | ConTech.

PropTech includes all technology solutions (40+ technologies in this technology sector) serving the construction and real estate industry, including Smart City, Smart Buildings, Smart Home, ConTech, Urban Tech. The report analyzes each individual category in PropTech according to a separate structure.
