This is the last facet of Trend Talks at the 1st international PropTech Conference in the SEE and Bulgaria

Elvin Box | Chair London Construction Excellence

An acclaimed international speaker, facilitator and writer, Elvin is renowned for his expertise in utilising creativity to enable innovation and business improvement, with notable UK assignments that include the MoD’s Strategic Defence Review and the major rail project, High Speed Two.

For over a decade Elvin has tutored internationally on the OUBS MBA programme and has subsequently been personally requested to work at conferences and seminars for the likes of: Oxford University Innovation Ltd; International Criminal Court in the Hague; HULT International Business School; Association of MBA’s; the Chartered Institute of Marketing. 

A survivor of prostate cancer, Elvin is a passionate advocate for improving the ‘Quality of Life’ for its victims.  Subsequently he is an Ambassador for the Movember Foundation, which has led him to undertake numerous media assignments and corporate speaking events on their behalf.

A Past Chair of the Chartered Institute of Building’s International Research and Innovation Panel and the current Chair of London Constructing Excellence, Elvin’s other notable credits include: 

  • Keynote speaker for Oliver Kinross International, the world’s leading building & construction news source & exhibitions, plus LEAF International, promoters of international architectural excellence through conferences and webinars.
  • Authored ‘Power Facilitation’, a chapter within ‘Business Creativity-Practitioner’s Handbook’, published by the University of Greenwich (Dr. Kanes Rajah, 2007)
  • Guest Lecturer for Oxford Brookes University’s MSc programme; PM in Built Environment

Peter Guendling

Peter’s experience in training is truly global: in more than 22 years he facilitated workshops for over 10.000 participants on all continents of the world and from about 70 different countries.

Peter started his professional career at SKF, a global manufacturing and service company, as a Quality engineer and later on as an inhouse trainer for organizational development in Group HR & Sustainability. His experience in sustainability includes various EHS activities, key note speeches and corporate roll outs of sustainability awareness training at SKF and Munich Airport.

Peter started his freelancer career in 2008, he offers training in Sustainawareness, international management, ROI teambuilding, and personal effectiveness.

Sustainability awareness started a curiosity in mindfulness in him, since 2018 Peter offers Search Inside a neuroscience based training on mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

Sustainnovation in the PropTech Sector | Peter Guendling

In an interactive Sustainnovation worldcafe set up we will apply a backcasting process to generate innovative ideas and a way forward for sustainability in PropTech.

    • Where to be by 2030? Defining a sustainability vision in the ProbTech sector
    • Where are we? Using the 4 sustainability principles we define a gap analysis.
    • How to get there? Exchanging existing innovations or generating new ideas.
    • What are the first steps? Defining focus areas and discovering low hanging fruits.
