PropTech Bulgaria’s Founder, Sylvia Pavlova MBA CMC, was a speaker at the Innovation Congress of the German Property Federation [ZIA] on 24 Nov. in Berlin.

She delivered a fully-booked session with bespoke information on Energy Tech, ESG, and Water Mngt PropTech solutions along all 30 European countries.

DACH & CSEE: Statistics on Energy Tech, Water Management, and ESG PropTechs
With EU Taxonomy and Level(s) framework it is crucial for property developers, asset managers, and any company in Construction & Real Estate, to know how to take advantage of relevant PropTech solutions, specifically Energy Tech, ESG, and Water Management ones. However, these vary along 30 European countries and there are numerous business models, for example, there are at least 17 business models in Energy Tech solutions. We will share hard data with you on how DACH and CSEE (Central & South-East European) regions can benefit each other with such solutions. (Based on a database of 4 142 European-origin PropTechs which equal 91.4% of all existing ones in Europe, as of Oct.22.)
