And the 1st Bulgarian PropTech Award goes to …. ocenime.bg!

PropTech Bulgaria’s Founder Sylvia Pavlova MBA CMC AssocCIPD had the honour to give the award to Georgi Demirev Co-Founder, ocenime.bg at the glamorous ceremony of the 5th Annual Awards in Real Estate organized by imoti.net, part of Investor Media Group.

The Award Ceremony was held on 07 July 2020 at Sofia Event Center before more than 300 representatives of Real Estate agencies, construction entrepreneurs, national associations, and media.
 
The competition for the 1st PropTech Award in Bulgaria was very intensive. However, ocenime.bg was selected by the full majority of the jury members as the one that has a huge international expansion potential, difficult to replicate technology and industrial business model.
